OUTSTANDING Susan. Make a lot of difference for sure. I thouight Jax did a great job but could have been darker in some areas to bring the face out. But then, this is from one who isn't a pyro. Just a wannabe. But first, I have to learn how to carve.

Susan,

Thank you for the corrections, I accept all of them.

I compared your corrections with the original and saw
that they will definitily be and improvement. Adding the highlights and cutting in the whiskers will be a plus.

The corrections will be made hopefully over the week-end.

Again, thanks for taking the time to critique.

Jax.

Please, Jax! Don't think of them as corrections. There is absolutely nothing 'wrong' with the burning where it is nor does it need 'correcting'.

I know with my own burnings that I get to a point where they are good and sometimes I hesitate to do more. Yet, doing one more layer of burning is exactly what I need to do. All I have shown you is that if you do a touch more of what you are already doing how much that will bring out the face.

Susan

Susan,

Scratch "corrections.

I started to do "one more layer" in those areas you indicated to make the pale area more dominate and darken the muzzle area. The whiskers will be added with the knife and white pencil. The improvement is noticable already.

Jax.
