Mike Shipley Books

I have heard through the grapevine that Mike Shipley's first book was not the sailors book, he had one book before then but I cannot find it anywhere to get a copy and I don't even know what topic it is, could someone help me out on this, I'd love to get my hands on it! Thanks!!

If you go to Amazon.com you will find four books by him. Amazon is a great outlet for buying new and used carving books at excellent prices. I have bought from them several times.

Mike first book was Ozark County Characters,It is out of publication at this
time.He is coming out with a new book in the spring on Hillbillies.

Mike's first book was of hill figures,human and animal it was called"carving
Ozark County Characters" it is out of puplication,if you can get one consider
your self lucky.The new book coming out this spring is "Carving Hillbillies" it is
going to be real good.
