Default Woodcarvers have lost a good friend.

Yesterday we lost a good friend and supporter of woodcarving. Anyone who has ever been to the International Woodcarvers Congress know Claire and Jay Schiebel. Claire is a board member and Jay was always right up front helping with all the administrative tasks.
Our very good friend Jay passed away yesterday. Jay never met a stranger, he had the gift of making friends where ever he was. Jay was a big guy with an even bigger heart and he will be deeply missed.
Online condolances can be made at : Esterdahl Mortuary and Crematory, Kirk, Huggins and Esterdahl, Illinois Funeral Home, Illinois Cremation, Moline Illinois Funeral Home, Moline Illinois Funeral Services, Moline Illinois Funeral Arrangements, Moline Illinois Cremation, Orion Illinois
If you'd like to send a card, contact me and I'll get the address to you.
