Default Woodcarvers have lost a good friend.
Yesterday we lost a good friend and supporter of woodcarving. Anyone who has ever been to the International Woodcarvers Congress know Claire and Jay Schiebel. Claire is a board member and Jay was always right up front helping with all the administrative tasks.
Our very good friend Jay passed away yesterday. Jay never met a stranger, he had the gift of making friends where ever he was. Jay was a big guy with an even bigger heart and he will be deeply missed.
