| | Re: WhiteCree Is Down This comes as such a great shock to me. I was just thinking the other day that he hasn't posted for awhile. This brings deep sadness to me and the only comfort that I know he is looking down on us guiding through his thoughts. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family he will be truly missed.

| | Re: WhiteCree Is Down I always found WhiteCree's posts wonderful to follow and I am deeply saddened by this loss. Being that his totem was the Eagle I know that he will always find the heart in all matters and I rejoice for his spirit that he is once again flying free as he dives into the next adventure, here or on the other side.
To WhiteCree's son - thank you for honouring your father and allowing us to read his final message to us, his internet family. May the blessings of the ancestors be with you and your family.

| | Re: WhiteCree Is Down What a read WhiteCree's letter was. Nearing the end I was telling myself let it not be so. A very real shock reading his last letter. How nice of him to have considered this forum and its readers by saying goodby. I've enjoyed reading his comments in past.
To WhiteCree's son, thank you |

| | Re: WhiteCree Is Down Like Ron, I too have been thinking about how it's been a while since we heard from our friend. That is really too bad. As others have already said, I always looked forward to his comments and observations. Although this forum was our only contct, he seemed like a fella that you would look forward to just setting around and shooting the breeze or bull. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. |

| | Re: WhiteCree Is Down "Life can be hard and dangerous;
those who seek happiness may find sorrow;
those who seek peace may find strife;
those who seek love may find disappointment.
Joy comes to those who do not fear solitude.
Life comes to those not afraid to die." - Adapted from Joyce Cary
Having only been a forum member for a little over 6-months I was priviledged to have read some of Whitecree's posts but I did not know him. However, it is readily apparent by the tone of his pre-written last post that he was not afraid to die and was comfortable with his last moments.
I can only hope that my departure is with as much dignity and integrity.
My deepest condolences to Whitecree's family.
