| | Sad Day - Curtis Gibbs is gone I just received an email from Charlotte Gibbs saying that Curtis passed away last night. He's been having such a hard time that his family had been praying for the Lord to take him.
There's no need for anyone to reply to this post. If you have SantaGibbs address, please send Charlotte a note and a prayer.
Thanks. |

| | Re: Sad Day - Curtis Gibbs is gone Charlotte asked me to post this message to the board: Big Un passed away last night around ten fifteen.. I was trying to write you then but just couldn't as he was having such a hard time and his breath was so short and he was struggling so.. I went upstairs crying and came back down and he was gone.. Johnny had just stepped outside to smoke and I came down and walked up to him and couldn't believe he was gone.. I had been praying and praying that the Lord would take him so he wouldn't keep suffering and I know with out a shadow of a doubt that he is with his sweet sweet Jesus..
I want to thank everyone for being so precious and kind to send him the carvings and he couldn't believe that they were doing that for him. When Donna's came he just held his hand up to the Lord to thanked him for such precious people.
He loved everyone on the board and got such enjoyment from their messages and also got lots of good advice from the guys and girls on the board.. We felt a closeness to them right from the beginning.. Even though we never met them in person, we felt like we knew them personally . It's not the body that communicates but the spirit.. That's were the heart and soul are and now Curtis is complete and going forward to eternity. Oh how I were there with him doing all those wonderful creative things that the Lord has in heaven for us to do.. Everything at your finger tips to create with and things we can't imagine.. Just think.. you could make a waterfall and it would play a song to Jesus as it spilled down the rocks... etc. Please post a message about what I have said and I could say so much more to everyone about how much he appreciated what they did. Love, Always... Charlotte and also with the Love of Big Un . |

| | Re: Sad Day - Curtis Gibbs is gone It is sad when someone goes to their reward. While I didn't know Curtis Gibbs personally, I did greatly admire his talent and his work and enjoyed his fellowship here on the forum. My respects and condolances to his wife Charlotte and to his family and friends here on the board.
