Default Remembering WHITECREE

As this time of year rolls around and we are surrounded by friends and family lets count our blessings that we can enjoy them for the festive season.
I would like you all to take a moment and remember our friend Whitecree who passed away this year. For those of you that didnt know him he was a regular here and was always available to offer advice and comments on just about anything. I know that I miss him and his humour and advise. He had an idea of what was going to happen to him here is the post of his last words to us

Whitecree is down. No joke, Whitecree is no more.

What happened? You ask. The short version is, Whitecree had a heart condition for the last bunch of years. He went to Vancouver for an angiogram/angioplasty, where they stick a catheter in your femoral artery in your leg, and run a hollow tube up to the heart and peek around with a fibre-optic camera. If they find plaque buildup, they use a tiny ballon to squeeze the plaque down, allowing the blood freer movement.

However, the procedure carries a slim risk of causing a possibly fatal heart attack, right there, as they do this procedure.

Since Whitecree was an atypical heart disease sufferer - meaning he didn't fit the 'norm' for heart patients - he also was one of those who fell into the slim chance of dying category.

So, my friends, these are my last words to you. I regret they are such sad and miserable ones - at least for me. I'll wait for you on the other side.

Now, there's a macabre thought...

Whitecree I miss you my friend one day we will meet again just make sure you keep your knifes sharpened.
So let us all take time to remember a good friend and his family at this time of the year.
Christmas greeting to all of you
Colin

It is strange how a person who you have never met, can have such an effect on you. Whitecree was such a person. I miss him too Colin, and your words brought back a flood of memories of his last weeks. I still have the eagle feathers that he sent me just before he passed away, and arrived after.

It is good that we remember him, and fondly! Our conversations will remain in our heads and hearts always. We will see you on the other side my friend!

Bob
