Paul, I agree, it's a wonderful tribute to a wonderful man...from another wonderful man! Thank you for sharing this with us! Deborah

Paul -

I've not been around much lately since I've been so busy and have gotten myself entangled in another related hobby - NA Flute making playing. However, I just saw this and had to let you know that just when I thought my esteem for you couldn't get any greater - you kick it up another notch!! This is an absolutely stunning tribute to Cliff and a amazingly thoughtful piece for Vicky. You are one fine man and example for us all. Thank you for sharing this with us all.

You inspired me to send vicky a mini spoon brooch with a memory heart of fused glass under it. I put Cliff's picture on back of the heart. She can wear it as a pin or take the heart off for a necklace.

Thanks for being so giving. It is always hard on those left behind. My Aunt told me people avoided talking about her husband and it made her sad. It was like he never existed. Made me approach those that had lost a loved one differently. We would all like to think our spouses life meant something to others.
So show Vicky that by sending her a card or quick note or a tribute to Cliff. Show that true Christmas spirit.

Fabulous Paul great tribute to remarkable man. I had the privilage of meeting with Cliff and his lovely wife. I like you decided against an angel as also knew he had recieved a few. He always loved my woodspirits and was going to purchase one for his wife for Christmas. He couldnt afford one he said so I suprised him with a gift of one. You would have thought I had given him a million dollars. Wonderful carving so ellecantly done sir.

Hi Paul, wonderful tribute as I have been away from the boards I had not heard of Cliff's passing. It saddened me to hear that a fine man and carver has left this world. God Bless Him
