Hmm, and what about the majority of the 1,700 members who seem to remain silent? Come on lurkies, try posting and see what happens!

That is really nice to see Bob, those numbers should reflect that the interest in carving is growing in leaps and bounds. Has the magazine done anything special to highlite the Message Board lately? Perhaps that's what's doing it......that or that beautiful cover on the last issue! That Spirit Face jumps off the page at you! What ever it is, keep up the good work.....it reflects a job well done on your end.

You're confirming what I thought, BobD, there are lots of people here even if they aren't posting. And you'll notice, even the regulars drop off a bit right now, it's just the change of the season!

I know I check in many times and don't even log in because I'm too busy to post...definitely not a case of me being too shy! Which, of course, I am....it's just a well kept secret! Callynne

I really don't think the "regulars" drop off line, I think rather they "fall" off, fall off the chair, the keyboard, the desk....the ....and the .....lol

Hey Guys
I haven't seen this site posted in the mag . I found it by accident looking looking for some patterns .
Unless you find a way to run me off . You will see me a lot on line as I have set to auto sign in when I pull up this site . I work at home with the puter so when it gets a little slow . I'M off to the carving corner or lurking around . checking out the what to's and where for's . Who know's one day I might be famous in the carving world or at least notorious and it will all be because of you guys .
Ken

Well perhaps I should say hi while I am here. Haven't been on the board for months. The bride and I have been developing our retirement plan lately and that consumes our time. Bought some property on a nice Island and we are developing it with our new home. When we finish it will be time to hang up my boots. Been doing this for 37 years so maybe its time to start carving full time. I hope everyone is well, and I wish you happy carving.

Ric
