Welcome aboard and to the WCI Forum Kathleen! Have you checked out the Walking Stick section of the forum or tried a search for walking sticks with frog patterns? Bet a carver here will be able to help if not...lots of great experienced walking stick carvers here... Besure and post some photos of the progress of your walking stick carving and share with us! Hey thereKathleen and welcome. If you are looking for ideas for walking stick "toppers" check out WoodCarvingPatterns.com. There are alot of great patterns. There are also alot of free tutorials. Have a look around and I'm sure you can come up with something. Looking fwd to seeing what evolves. Cheers and keep the chips flying!!!

This is where I got the idea from of my frog on a stick:
