Smile UK newbie

Hi, Bob Hickin here, in Coventry UK. New to this site & new to carving, although I have been woodturning for a couple of years, making walking sticks.
I`m hoping to learn from this site , so will from time to time be asking some really stupid questions-- please be kind.

New Year to you all!!!

Welcome to the forum, jump in and have some fun. There are no dumb questions..... Although I have tested the limits a time or two.

Welcome, Bob. There are a lot of years of experience to draw from on the board....someone can usually come up with an answer. And the nicest thing is that they are all willing to help.
