Welcome aboard Jack and forget about the spelling, we all have our own language and seem to make ourselves understood. No one has ever made fun of me and my spelling.....which my Dad always called "creative"!!!

Merry Christmas you you as well.

Bob

Jack, hope you aren't one of the folks that still don't have electricity after the storm.

Good luck with the weather either way.

Jack,
Just wanted to join in the Welcome greetings to you. We don't worry about spelling here. My grandkids tell me it's not "cool" to spell good in email messages--so I guess most of us are "cool" too.

There's several of us from MO here--and a couple of nearby Jayhawks--plus a whole bunch of super folks from all over. We just all like to carve!

Come back often...and stay warm. I carved more over the last weekend when we were snowed in than I have in months!

Hi Jack -- I'm in Franklin County, just south of of you.
I'm not too bad as speeling , but ~sigh~ I can't carve worth a hoot.
Welcome aboard - we're glad to have you.

Hi Jack, welcome to the message board . There was a letter that was being sent over the internet to say that the brain could reconize a word even though it wasn't even spelled right. I wish I had saved it.. It was realy fantastic. My spelling check on my computer reconizes my mispelled words and I sure keep it busy interpeting sp... it! Charlotte

Hi Jack!
Welcome to the board. I am kinda new here myself, but already know how nice all the "regulars" are so I know you're gonna love it also.

By the way, half my college professors couldn't spell (seriously). And the rest couldn't add. And lots of them couldn't figure out how to use a computer (except my computer science profs of course!) Not to bash my old profs. Just hope you won't let anything ever stop you from sharing your voice here with us!
