Default From north of the border,

Hello All,
Just joined the group and feeling my way around the website. Been carving for a bit and looking for a carving club nearby. I live in Venise, about a mile north of the Vermont border on Lake Champlain. Thanks for letting me join this carving community.

Welcome aboard Muscade! Great to see another Canadian with us, a neighbour from La Belle Province! What kind of carving do you do? Looking forward to seeing your work.

Bob

Thank you Marci MN for being the first one welcoming me aboard.

Mryooper, Hudson Bay is about as far from my place as Jacksonville Fla is, but I was there a few times in my contractor's days.

Hi Squbrigg, my carving is rather simple and inspired mostly by my relations with friends and some events in my earlier years. Most of it is out of local wood species. I will gladly post some of it on the Gallerie as soon as I have learned how to do it.

Thanks again.
Muscade.
