Smile New to the site and woodworking

Hi all. I decided to try some woodburning and some carving. I've been doing a lot of crafts over the past years and decided to try woodcarving and woodburning. I find it very interesting and would like to learn more about it. I did the sunflower woodburning and found it very relaxing. I'm going to try my hand at the winter birdhouse. Any hints would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to chatting with you.

Hello and welcome, crafty angel. It's nice to have you with us here. I've started to incorporate woodburning with my carving, too. Just jump in and practice.

Hi, welcome
You'll learn a lot by following Susan's (Irish) Winter Bird House Tutorial. Please share the results with us.

Will do Mottles. I'm looking forward to starting it and seeing the end results. May take me a while as I'm only new at it.

oh dear.....I'm afraid I'd never be able to do anything close to those I saw on your site. That would only be wishful thinking on my part. They're beautiful.
