Just thought I would introduce myself to the community. I have just started carving but had an uncle who was quite good at the art. I have done a few carvings a celtic knot, a few inukshuks, a couple of signs done incised with chisels and am presently working on some walking sticks. I am trying not to take on to much detail when choosing my next project but not having carved for 58 years I feel I have some catching up to do. I really enjoy it but can someone tell me where the time goes?
Welcome Don. Time is fluid and runs away when you're having fun . BTW, you'll probably getmore welcomes if you post over in the new member section, though a Moderator may move this thread for you.
