| | New Member Hi, my name is Gary and I live in Peterborough Ontario Canada.
I have been interested in carving for years but have just taken the plunge now that I am retired.
I have just joined a local carving club and I find that most carvers are very friendly and willing to provide assistance whenever asked. |

| | Re: New Member Hi Gary, congratulations on your retirement. Carving clubs are a wonderful place to meet new people and learn. Our club the Prescott Wood Bee Carver's are a great group and very active in the community also.
What type of carving are you interested in learning?
