Hi - I am from Titusvillle, Fl and have been dabbling in relief carving for a few years now. I especially enjoy wood burning. However, I own my own business and that takes up a huge amount of my time. I try to squeeze in carving whenever I can.

Welcome Neberlin! I think that you stuttered when you hit the post key! When time permits post some of your work so that we can enjoy it too!

Welcome!!!
We're glad you joined us. I know that work can sure get in the way of carving---but a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do! Enjoy it when you can--it is surely a great stress reliever and very rewarding. Come back whenever you can and let us know more abut you--what you like to carve, what you've tried, etc.

I enjoy carving animals - especially dogs - as this is my love. I am an animal advocate and am on the board of directors of the SPCA, so all different types of dogs are interesting to me. I use my woodburning tools to make the hair, eyes etc. Unfortunately, I have not done as much as I would like, but hopefully I can get more time to devote to this hobby.

Hi Neberlan,

I'm a new carver on here as well, always good to meet a fellow newbie. I admire your patience with woodburning, I've never been able to get it down as well as i'd like. I'd love to see some of your work when time permits...good to meet you! tim
