Default New guy on the block

Hello all guess i'm the new guy on the block here. I live here in Ohio.Don't get to carve as much as i would like.Darn JOB gets in the way.Last several years all that i have carved is Santa's . Carve a Santa for the wife every year for Xmas eve.Think she has 14 now.Getting ready to head to artistry in wood down in Dayton.Looking at getting a Ram micro carver to help wit some fine detail. Would like to know what others think of this tool.

Hello and welcome Kendall. I have a Ram micro 45. It's for detail type work that you mentioned. Mine is so quiet you don't even know it's running if you don't look at it. Show us some Santas. Take care and safe carving. Paul
