| | new to forums I'm new to this style of communicating with other carvers. I've been carving for about 8-9 yrs. I see that there are info pages on people who submit questions and answers but can't seem to find where the info page is. Can someone walk me through the process of getting info on line?
Thanks

| | Re: new to forums Welcome Christine,
I think your referring to how the message board works?,
at the top of every page you will find the window telling you where you are
starting with Wood Carving Illustrated Message Board
if you click this header link it will bring you to the main board area and from there you can choose the form that is most applicable to what you want to know about, find the form and click on it and the threads in that general topic will load up, scroll through the hundreds of threads and find what you want, there is page after page of topics, and an index is listed at the bottom of each thread topic page to tell you which page your on,,
if you just want to search for a item do a search from the green bar above the text window showing thread information..
if you cant find what you want then start a new thread and ask your questions..
hope you find your special niche and come back often..

| | Re: new to forums Hi Christine, and welcome from a fellow Bay Area resident (Antioch) now living in Arizona. Looks like Thomp helped you out on this one. Your little Avatar is really cute--is it one of your carvings? Hope you enjoy your time spent on the boards as much as I do.
Kathy

| | Re: new to forums Thanks for the welcome,Bart. What does "Senior member" mean? I've seen it under a few names. I'm assuming it doesn't have anything to do with your age.
