Hi All, Just came across this forum and thought it looked great. Excellent source of information for a wide range of carving interests. I have been carving for approximately 15 years, but more seriously for about the last five. I am a natural resources professional, and spend as much time as I can in the "great outdoors". I love to hunt, fish, train Labrador Retrievers, boating, hiking, and camping. My woodcarving interests are specific to decoys. To date, my carving subjects have been comprised mostly of duck and shorebird decoys. I particularly like traditional style gunning birds and "contemporary antique" style birds. I hunt over some of my own gunners. Look forward to chats with other carvers and learning all that I can from folks willing to share information. Will contribute info where I can. ducksdown |

Donna T Thanks for the welcome. Leave it to some of that "Show Me State" hospitality. I worked down in Southeast MO, back during my college years. Met some real nice folks down there. Take care and again, thanks for the welcome. ducksdown |
