if you are looking for a side profile i have several-- there are a few books that have a few -- one is "a woodcarver's workbook #2" by mary duke guldan.

debbie edwards has a good roughout of a horse head.

Look on Lynn's blog, a whole tutorial on a horse, with pattern.

Out West Woodcarving

Hi Kris and welcome. Lynn's site is a good recommendation. Also, you might try a Google Search using the words 'wood carving horse patterns. There are website devoted to creating and selling carving patterns.

Hi Kris, take a look at this site and see if there isn't a horse pattern Gordon Stiller Wildlife Patterns for Carvers - StillerPatterns.com check out page 26.
