Just starting

Well I just thought I would introduce myself, I have been in woodworking for a number of years but was scared of carving.
My wife helped me on a project the other day and she enjoyed using chisels so much that we decided to try some carving together.
After a little research I realized how much there is to learn so I decided that I had better join a carving forum and start learning.
There seems to be plenty of information and help here.
Look forward to getting to know you guys.
