 Just joined I skipped lurking and have gone directly to joining. Started carving with a few lessons and decent set of tools about ten years ago, but didn't stick with it. I haven't picked up a carving knife in years. I look forward to picking it back up, with much lower expectations and simpler projects. I envision very basic whittling projects, using just a chip-carving knife. This message board looks like a great resource. Thanks to all who contribute.  |
