Is the Bar-B-Q pulled or chopped at Ridgewood?? Ive not eatn there yet?
The Bar-B-Q in Lexington,Tn is called Scotts ..ever driving in W.TN ck it out!!

It's chopped and sliced....and they have the best sauce you will ever put in your mouth. Don't be discouraged by looking at the outside...it isn't much to look at, but the food is great!

Welcome! I look forward to seeing more of your work. There is a woodcarving show coming up in Gray in March. You should go by Woodcraft in JC and talk to them about it. I'm sure your work would be well received.

Yes, Ridgewood and Firehouse (in Johnson city) is the best BBQ around!

not sure how far you are from charlotte nc but there will be a carving show there in february. there will be alot of folks from the board also.your work would do well.

We are about 45min to the NC line at Tn,near Newland Nc. I would enjoy going to a few carvings shows,Ive not been to any yet. As always thks,TnArtist05
