Well I guess I'm a mutt. I can say though that my Grandmother, Flower, was the first in the family to leave the res since 1890.

OK ,there's been much talk and many wonderful pix of chainsaw carving. Not to be outdone, I tried some of my own. The only really hard part is toting the wood stock on my shoulder to the shop area. There are some good sides to being a big old redneck. Here are 2 pix, one before showing the prepped stock, and one after showing the detail work. A good deal of hand work went into these chainsaw carvings too, and you may notice the big "gouge" resting on some of the finished work. Talented, ain't I?
I've included a pic of the new bathroom I've added all by my little DIY self.

John, didn't you see all the leaves? Why do you think we call pages in a book "leaves"? Joking aside, can anyone please tell me what kind of chain and bar I need to try some cs carving? Do you use a purpose-built chain, or do you cut down the guides?

Here's how I've fixed up my computer desk for those times when I just can't bear to leave the WCI forum for even a few minutes. Note the multi-use printer paper and the CPU fridge...as well as other things...a complete package. Where's the microwave?
