Default Howdy from the NW y'all!

I'm a southern transplant in Seattle and extremely new to carving. I haven't actually carved anything yet but my beginners kit should be here soon. A good friend has been carving for years and I finally took the plunge Happy

Welcome aboard. You will find lots of friends and amazing amounts of help here. I enjoy reading all the replies to the threads. Good luck on your first piece. Just relax and enjoy, there are no mistakes only redesigned elements.
