Default Hi from North Indian

My name is Terry, and I am a United Methodist Pastor in North Indiana who is spent the last two years trying to learn to carve. I don't do to bad on 5-minute wizards but beyond that I am challenged. I looking forward to learning from all of you on this forum. Thanks for allowing me to see all you have to offer. I have subscribed to Woodcarving Illustrated for over 5 years, so you could say I'm a slow starter.

May the Lord Bless you all.

Terryy

Hi Terry and welcome!
Glad you found us. Don't worry about being a slow learner--it's not a race. You'll find good ideas here and in the magazine. It would be good if you could find a carving club nearby to get some personal attention, but many carvers learn without it.

Good luck. And have fun,.

Pastor Terry,
Welcome and Glad to have you with us. You will be able to find what you need here to help you get to the next level. Don't be afraid to ask questions. What type of carving other than the wizard do you want to do.

Safe Carving and God Bless,

Mark
