| | Hello all! I want to say I really have appreciated all the info available on this forum. I have been reading for a while and decided I'd better sign up and be counted. I have been carving about 2 1/2 years with our local club and we have some fantastic carvers who are always willing to help out, that sure speeds up the developement of skills. Lately I've been told my "style" is starting to come out. I'm going to try to post a couple of pics of my latest work.
The first 2 pics are this year's Christmas ornament and the next is a pic of an old world Santa for my wife. I hope you enjoy them and feel free to comment or criticize, it's how we learn after all.
Thanks

| | Hi all I thought I'd better stand up and be counted. I've been reading the forum for a while now and really appreciate the great info available. I've been carving for about 2 1/2 years now and have been told recently I've found my style. We have a strong local club with weekly meetings and their help has been invaluable to me as a new carver. It really is great to be involved in a hobby that is supported by so many fantastic people. I'll try to post some pics when I can figure out how.
thanks
Scott
