 Hello, From Yet another New Carver Hello all...I am new to carving.  I began learning to work with wood (building, repairing and refinishing furniture) years ago with my father in his shop but have recently found a desire to carve. I have carved a few "whimseys" with my pocket knife, but nothing serious as if yet. I have purchased a few carving knives, gouges, and tools, but I am still trying to figure out which style to work with. I look forward to talking with others and getting ideas and chewing some wood chips... Rusty </IMG></IMG>

When you see something of interest (topic or photo) do a search on the topic or look thru the photos of that carver. Most of all, don't hesitate to ask questions.
