I had the good fortune to find Thor in Dahlonega, GA and learning about this site. I'm looking forward to learning from everybody here.

I think about 4 years. I saw a magazine in Macon GA and decided I'd try carving. I was delivering Yachts all over the US and a lot of times in Canada. I carried my tools in the truck and carved everynight. Now I am home more--make furniture---and carve.

I am learning from my Dad, he has been carving for about 40 years, I wish I was good as him. I have my knife at all times!
