I thought at first you were just showing us a couple of fish from your aquarium...

Nice work, and welcome to the forum.

Hello to Nebraska,

Just looked at your fish and you are doing just great. Way to go. I also carve some fish and really enjoy them. I am assuming you might be from about the Lincoln area then is that right? I used to be a Railway Depot agent/telegrapher many moons ago at Cedar Bluffs and Fremont. Welcome to the group and glad you jumped in.

Welcome Neighbor. We're so glad to have you join us. Great looking fish. Do you airbrush your paint or use paintbrushes?

What a great way to start carving--they look super. There's lots of great carvers in your neck of the woods (we say crop-e, too) and I'm sure they will be a great help to you as you try new and different carvings. Come back soon--and often.

Welcome Excellent fish. I gotta hand it to bird and fish carvers, looks tough to me so when I see a good one like yours I am always amazed. Look forward to more of your work. BTW, Ivan Norbury is incredible. Makes me wish I was into people.
