Default Hello from Kitchener

Hello everyone,
It took me a long time to join – after visiting so many times….but, I do not usually talk too much and will probably just stick to reading…..
Thanks to everyone who commented on my “Maestro Conductor” – these are some of the nicest compliments I have ever received!!!!
For those who asked to see it – you can find it at www.fredzavadil.com

Fred:
I thought the maestro was fantastic, and well deserved the CCA,but felt like it should have been the Best of Show, but I am very partial to Caricatures.Loved your web site, their is some awsome carvings on it.

My wife and I saw this piece in Davenport, Iowa. What an outstanding piece. Pictures don't do it justice.

Thank you all for the comments!!!
I am really happy you like my work.
"Maestro Conductor" was only my second caricature trial (the first one was on the cover of "Chipping Away" 2003-4 Catalogue - see pictures). I had so much fun carving Maestro that I am already on my second "Maestro" - this time it is a Violinist, it will be finished soon and I am sorry - do not have any pictures yet. Hopefully, it will be as good as the first one.
carving to all
