| | Re: Hello from Il. Hello Ron, I know it's an old joke but here it goes. The best way to carve faces is to remove all the wood that don't look like face. Sorry i couldn't help it.
One thing I learned with faces is because of all the little details, be sure your tools are very sharp. Strop them good before you do the details. There are some very good books to help also.
