Red face Hello everyone, I'm new
Hello,

Looks like a great place to learn here. I have been carving since about last February, so I am very new . So far I have done two human caricatures, a frog caricature, and a realistic mouse. I entered the mouse and frog in a show last month (So. Calif. Fair ) and the frog got 2nd, the mouse was Best of Show Novice! I was surprised. Presently I am working on a Pallid Bat and am about to try a bird with the very scary feathers! I have lots of questions but I guess I should post them in the approprate forum.

Talking Welcome Nancy, yes please let's see some of your work. CONGRATULATIONS on your awards that is terrific. Wow a Pallid bat with those long thin wings and large ears should be a challenge. Please share as a WIP or when your finished.
