Default Hello everyone

I am new to chat rooms so I am not sure if I am in the right place or more importantly If I am doing this correctly. I have been carving on and off for over thirty years. Mostly off. I tended to start a piece and carry it around with me for awhile, work on it some and carry it around a lot longer, carve a little more and so forth, until finally it became a finished peice. I was carving decoys, caricatures and some relief peices. lately I joined a local carving club in New Jersey which had me carving at least once a week. That worked so well that I joined another club which meets on a different day so now I usually carve at least twice a week. I don't carry the peices around quite so long now and tend to finish them fairly quick, at least for me. I am now carving caricatures, song birds, and am thinking of starting another decoy and I am looking forward to talking carving with everyone.

for your response. At first I couldn't send my pictures, but now I think I can.

I have two shots of two electrical engineers discussing the placement of an electrical run in a park to light a park light. One shot of a snowboarder (unfinished) it will go on a snowboard on a slope. and a red bellied woodpecker
