Default Hello I comes from Austria, Salzburg

My name is Helmut. I now have carved for 5 years. to the carves I use linden-wood and jaw-wood. beside carves I have as well model-flying to the hobby. I carve masks and something exactly for myself occurs.

with this, pictures haggle geschitzt for a dead person-mask of linden-wood for itself. Tattos are gefräst and are painted flureszierender color for me.

Greetingses from Salzburg Helmut

Welcome Helmut,
Glad you found our discussion board--hope you find some good ideas here that will help with your carving. I spent 3-4 days in your city about 20 years ago--loved every minute since it's a beautiful city in a beautiful country.

Thanks for posting a photo of your mask. Great detail. Thanks, too, for describing the process.

The wife and some friends and I traveled to Salzburg several years ago. It is one of the 3 most beautiful cities I've ever been in, I envy you. The friend I traveled with spent 3 years studying at the Mozatrariam and took us to many of the out of the way places. We even drove in on some of the back roads to see the countryside, I hope to get there again sometime before I get to the great carving shed.
