You probably have to reduce the size, try 780x550 and then upload it, usually your trying to upload too many pixels.

I love your carvings.. and I'm partial to the tiny bluegill you did. I'm hoping to get to the point of carving fish. Can't live in MN and not do a fish or two. LOL
