Wow, that was fun to look through. What terrific faces! I admire the way to make the hair, and whiskers seem free standing in the pieces....windblown like what was said before. I can't seem to make myself see it that way, and really wish I could. I'll be studying your gallery images again.

Thank you Thor! It is always nice to hear from your fellow carvers. I really enjoy carving the woodspirits, and each piece of wood I choose seems to have something that dictates how I go about carving it. Good luck, and let me know how you make out. Neal11
