I don't beleive I finally got to this message board. I am a new carver, about one year. I am carving indians wood spirits etc. in half logs. I need help in carving big hair.Like in DOLLY PARTON.I said hair ha ha. HELP !!.

The best person to ask would be Lynn Doughty. He a regular cutup here usually hangs out in the caricatures.

In the upper right hand corner of this page is a

Welcome (YOUR Name)
You last visited: Date and time
Private messages: Unread 0, Total 4

Click on the Private Messages and you will be directed to the message page.
Then just click on the unread message and it will open.

I've been cutting up wood for less than a year and find navigating the postings and carving gallery using the search mode a great help. Like yourself, I've done many a wood spirit and even tried a Native American Indian. Hair is a challenge so good luck and welcome aboard.

Thanks for all your help, but Imay be having because I have a web tv (the black one)aand not regular computer. My location, is Amsterdam NY, but I don't know to get it up in the right hand corner
