How long does it take to figure out on this board where you are? And how to find a thred that is in some other section of the board? I know I have replied to a couple of threds in differend Parts of the board and to get back to them I have to serch for them. By the time I find them I don't realy know how I got there. Maybe someone can help me out.

Tim I am new here also, have you looked at the Quick Links, Subscribed Threads - I think that will show all threads you've contributed to, Tony Ward |

If you look at the title of the thread, then when you go back to that area, you need only look for that title...for example...I put up one of my santas on the Holiday section, if I want to see if anyone looked at it, I just look for the "latest carving" thread, the name I gave it. make sense?

Yes that does make sence. But where I am confused is like when I loged on here, I was seeing this thread. But I can go all the way down locking at all the threads and this may be the only one that I have started or replied to. Now I know that there is some other threads somewhere else that I have replied to. Its just a matter of finding the right place to find where those therads are located, if that makes sence. And thanks for the advice Hi Ho silver

On the main list of threads in each category, the envelopes on the left side have an arrow on each one that you have posted on. In other words, click on holiday section or caricature section and the envelopes in each section are marked with and arrow that you have posted on. Hope that's clearer than I think it sounds. Garon |

I am a repeating trying again carver that has been gone from the boa for a year and a half.. It took some figuring it out to know the new board again.. Just keep at it and it will come to you.. The best thing for me, is to write down the type of carving I wanted to look at and when I answer, like, for me to do, is to write the section down..like .. Holiday carving .. Then when I come back, I go to Holiday Carving and I click on it and the other threads will come up...Just go down the line until the thread you wrote on comes up.. I hope this helps and not make it worse... Charlotte Now let's hope I can find this one..lol
