Welcome aboard and to the WCI Forum Bill! Carving wood just keeps drawing you back doesn't it? Ha! I too enjoyed flying rc airplanes, sail boats and race cars, but think carving is more fun and enjoyable...have yet to 'crash or sink' a carving! Enjoy your return to carving!
