How about some instructions on how to add an Avatar to my posts?

Hello Doug,
It is fairly easy. Look at the top of the page and see the link" Quick links"
click on it and you will see " Edit Avatar", click on it and you can choose one or upload one from your computer, it has to be 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller). There you go!
