chipncut...once I've used a jewelers saw for the cutout work, I use a moto-tool for the main carving and then I use a micro-torch and files (mostly) for the finish work.
Enjoyed your post on antlers and glad to have you on the message board. I have signed up for a moose antler carving session with Bill Matz at Creede, Colorado in July.
