| | And now for something completely different Hello everyone. This is the first time I've ever posted on a forum, so please bare with me. I've been carving since 2000. I'm self-taught, and have only shown my carvings on rare occasions. I've never attempted to sell any of my work I'm now interested in finding a niche where I might be able to do so. Not knowing where to begin, this is becoming quiet a task for me. I have a friend building me web site, so it's easier to show people my work. My address is www.travisjhuval.com but the site still under construction. In short, I'm looking for venues (i.e., galleries, etc.) where I might be able to show my work. If anyone has names of galleries that might be interested in this type of work, or could at least help me get started in the right direction, it would be a great help to me. Thanks in advance for any advice that you might be able to give; it will be greatly appreciated. |

Very nice carvings!
I'd suggest you seek out upscale shops in places like West Palm Beach, FL and others, that like unique art. I remember one last time I was in West Palm Beach that was nearly all glass art, magnificent pieces, large and small, all the prices large. Your work would fit nicely in that shop or shops like it in major cities. Wish I knew the name of the shop.
