Default Black Walnut

Here's my supply of walnut out in the wood shed waiting to be cut up and carved. Thanks to a couple of good friends who gave me these great piece's. I think there's enough to last the winter and then some. On the left is some dry seasoned wood and then on the right is the fresh wood just recently cut. I consider myself a very lucky person to have friends like this.

Ambitious, obsessed is a better word. Can't get enough of it, but I usually don't carve on the weekends, I do the 'Honeydo' stuff. The rest of the week I get my chores done first and then I carve. Isn't life great!
