It really is no problem. I walk as much as I can anyway to keep my leg muscles from totally going away, so why not gather (or attempt to) things that people want while doing it.
Karen brought in a piece of wood a few minutes ago that (to my imagination) already looks like a perfect piece to make a wizard out of! I'm putting a link to it, and the first person to claim it, gets it. That's the only fair way I can think of. I have NO IDEA what kind of wood it is, but it's very old. The wizard hat is already the top of the piece! (or at least that's what it looks like TO ME) HEHE The piece is 6 inches wide, 7 inches long, and 2.5 inches thick in the middle. It is very light, and I don't know how it will carve, and I don't want to put a knife to it because it may take away from something you want to do with it?
BTW, I'm not selling any of this stuff right now... It's free... I only ask 2 things... 1) for the shipping amount to be returned, and 2) That you show what you make out of it on here somewhere, when it's completed.

I wouldn't ask for the shipping cost if it weren't for money being extremely tight around here. Karen works two jobs with me being unable to work, and money doesn't come easy here. Getting the chisel was a special treat, that I am extremely grateful for.
Here's the piece:
