 Plum This is a section of Plum split in half, rough sanded and coated with sanding sealer to bring out the grain. It's hard to tell from the picture but this wood really has a beautiful color. It's incredible how much the grain changed with just the thickness of the chain saw blade. I'm going to cut one piece into blocks to use as the base for my bust carvings, I used cocobolo on the last one but I like this Plum much better. Bill ^v^  |
