Heinecke's is the best,go to their site at:www.heineckewood.com I highly recommend it as quality basswood.

I've purchased basswood, butternut, and sapele from Woodcraft.com. It has been satisfactory, but I haven't shopped around to find the best prices.

Another vote for Heinecke. I use them exclusively also.

They will cut any size you want.

Heinecke is the best souce for good carving wood at competative prices and they will ship UPS. Very reliable and are good people. You won't go wrong with their service.
