Exclamation Gourds

Hi there,

I really want to try burning on Gourds and I'm having trouble finding a supplier that ships into Canada or even a Canadian supplier. I'm looking for craft ready (I don't want to put out the cost of the equipment at this point - need to see if I'll actually enjoy doing it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Lindy

be sure to wear a mask when carving or burning gourds....some nasty results lung wise if you don't, but you probably already know that!

"Craft ready"?

All it takes to get a dry gourd ready is a coping saw or holesaw (to open it up), a couple pieces of wire or old spoons (to help loosen the seeds and inner lining), and some sandpaper (to smooth the outside). No real "equipment expense" needed.

Be sure to buy an assortment of seeds this spring.
