Default Anyone try carving Boxwood?
I finally found some Piranees Boxwood, very hard, waxy wood, with a blond coloring. It sure takes very small detail carvering very well. I had seen some in the cloisters museum in NY city. Beautiful. Anyone else tried carving it?
