ok where do u find it? I have looked at lowes and hobby stores, cant seem to find it.

You can order 35% hydrogen peroxide ...online....of all places.
That stuff will bubble and foam and render walnut to look like the peroxide bleach blondes we remember from the pool growing up....
IF you go this route???? WEAR GLOVES, the 35% will burn your skin off... Accidently removed fingerprints from 3 fingers for almost 6 months....yikes!!

I've never tried this on carving wood but I use a mixture of alcohol, ajax soap and straight bleach on my wooden deck out back. I scrub it in, let it sit and then, hose it off. It comes out almost as good as if I holystoned it! I don't see why it wouldn't work using a tooth brush on a carving. Just make sure you wear gloves, old clothes and safety eye wear.
